Scope of services

This site and studio provide floral products and services, including bouquets, compositions, and event decor, for personal, corporate, and cultural use. All content, images, and descriptions are for general information and do not themselves create a binding offer. Services are available only within areas and timeframes the studio can serve reliably. The studio reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders where they cannot be fulfilled safely, lawfully, or in line with internal quality standards, with any amounts already paid handled according to the cancellation rules below.

Ordering process and formation

Orders are usually placed through the website, by email, or by phone. A binding agreement arises only when the studio confirms the order in writing, typically by email or order confirmation screen, after checking availability, timing, and delivery details. Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information, recipient details, access instructions, and dates. The studio may request prepayment or deposit before starting work. Any later changes, including to timing or content, are subject to feasibility and may involve additional charges if they affect materials or logistics already committed.

Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are stated in the relevant currency and include or exclude taxes and delivery charges as clearly indicated at the time of confirmation. The studio may adjust prices over time due to supply, labour, or operational changes, but confirmed orders remain on the agreed terms unless both sides consent to a change. Payment is typically processed through third-party providers under their own terms, and the studio does not store full card details. Clients are responsible for any charges imposed by their bank or payment provider and must ensure that funds are available at the time of processing.

Delivery, setup, and access

Substitutions and natural variation

Because flowers are natural products, exact replication of images or previous arrangements is not possible. The studio follows the agreed style, palette, and approximate size while reserving the right to substitute stems of equal or greater quality where supply, season, or condition require it. Colours, stem size, and fullness may vary from photographs due to growing conditions and display settings. Clients accept that such variation is inherent to floral work and that results may vary between orders, even when similar briefs are used.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellations and changes are handled according to timing. Where materials have not yet been ordered or prepared, the studio may allow cancellation or rescheduling with limited or no deduction, as explained during communication. Once stems are purchased, conditioned, or arranged, options become more restricted and may involve partial retention to cover committed costs. Requests for change or cancellation must be made in writing and are considered accepted only when confirmed by the studio. Any applicable consumer rights under Canadian or other mandatory laws remain unaffected by this section.

Client responsibilities and care

Clients must treat delivered flowers and decor with reasonable care, following the basic guidance provided for water, trimming, placement, and temperature. The studio is not responsible for damage or reduced longevity caused by handling, storage conditions, or failure to follow instructions. Where items are hired or loaned, such as vases or mechanics, they remain the property of the studio and must be returned in agreed condition. Any losses or damage beyond normal wear may be charged at a fair replacement or repair cost, explained in writing.

Liability limits and disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the studio’s liability for direct loss arising from services or site use is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific order or service in question. The studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including lost opportunities or event changes, except where such exclusions are not allowed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection rules. Project examples, testimonials, or past outcomes are illustrative only and do not promise similar results for future orders.

Privacy, cookies, and data use

Personal data collected during enquiries, orders, and site visits is handled according to the privacy and cookie policies, which explain what information is collected, how it is used, and what choices individuals have. By placing an order or using the site, clients acknowledge that their data will be processed as described there, including use of third-party service providers for payments, hosting, analytics, and logistics. Those separate policies form part of these terms and should be read alongside them for a complete view of rights and obligations.
